Tiffany Barrans is an international human rights attorney focused on protecting religious Freedom. Throughout her career as an attorney, she has served as legal counsel for cases throughout United States, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, working closely with civil society, local churches, and governments to effect positive change. Her international legal background has brought her to testify before and advise on refugee, human rights issues, and humanitarian law to domestic and foreign governmental bodies, including to the U.S. State Department, U.S. Congress, European External Action Service, European Parliament, European Court of Human Rights, United Nations, German Bundestag, Dutch Parliament, and British House of Lords.  Ms. Barrans also advises on grassroots advocacy programming working to mobilize those who face religious freedom violations to bring about change in their own context, and the flow of grassroots efforts to inform policy.
