Wade Kusack

Wade Kusack is the Founder and CEO of Love Your Neighbor Community (LYNC), a U.S.-based nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing religious freedom, social cohesion, and preventing radicalization through education, dialogue, and cooperative engagement. Since its founding, LYNC has developed and implemented a distinctive “builders approach,” which focuses on long-term, relationship-driven solutions that bring together government, civil society, and religious actors to strengthen institutional capacity and trust.

Wade has led multi-year initiatives across Central Asia, Eastern Europe, and the South Caucasus, with a particular focus on Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, and Ukraine. His work has contributed to the development of Cross-Cultural Religious Literacy (CCRL) programs, including accredited certificate courses for government officials, law enforcement, and religious leaders. These programs equip participants with the competencies and skills necessary to navigate religious diversity, prevent extremism, and foster peaceful, resilient societies.

In addition to his policy and educational work, Wade is actively involved in humanitarian initiatives, including projects supporting vulnerable populations affected by conflict. His leadership integrates principled vision with practical engagement, seeking to build sustainable environments where freedom of conscience can flourish and diverse communities can live together with dignity and mutual respect.
